Nail Polish Haul (Sally's)

I picked up a flaky polish from the brand FingerPaints that's supposed to be a dupe for Sally Hansen's Hidden Treasure which is a beautiful blue and orange flaky polish.

The other two are from Christmas collections I believe and I got them at a reduced price of 2 bucks each, which was awesome!! Lol

The first color is a beautiful dark green by China Glaze in the color Holly-day. I don't have a color like this so it was a goo find.

I applied one coat of Flashy from Finger Paints over the green to try it out.

The next color, Orly in the color Le Chateau. In the bottle it looked like a tealish blue color and it looked beautiful.

But on the nails it looked find of black, I was a little disappointed, because other than in this light the color would just look like a solid black color.

Again I applied the flaky polish over this one, it gave a nice effect also.

Finally I painted my nails black and applied about 3-4 coats of the flaky polish and it looked wonderful, I love the effect of it and the many layers of it gave it a closer look to the Hidden Treasure polish.

Overall considering the price I paid for them all together, I think it was a deal.

Maybe try doing a layer of white under the Le Chateau? I'm not sure if that would really make a difference but since it makes neons pop maaaaaaybe it's worth a try? :) Loving the finger paints color too!
